My Summer Line-up

My Summer Line-up Oh my my July you've been a stunner! With the exception of the crazy short bursts of rain showers the past couple of days we've had the closest thing to a proper Summer I can remember since my Barbie dolls and BMX days. With all this gorgeous sunshine I find myself going straight to beauty staples usually reserved for holidays which are fast  becoming my new everyday favourites. My summer line-up right now is looking a little like this...

Tigi Catwalk Headshot

Tigi Catwalk Headshot:

As much as I love my hair I've been nothing short of abusive to it if I'm honest, subjecting my locks to fifty shades of blonde highlights followed by various hair torture involving GHD's, ceramic curling tongs and sleep-in rollers. Tigi Catwalk Headshot intensive reconstructing conditioner is full of minty nourishment which is particularly great when you add sun damage into the equation. Recommended to leave in for 3-5mins as a hair mask I can definitely say there I feel a noticeable difference  after using this; not sure Id go as far as silky but there's a softness to my hair that's been lacking for awhile. Priced around the €15 mark, Tigi Catwalk Headshot conditioner can be bought here

Moroccan Oil

Moroccan Oil:

Not much to say on this superstar- smells divine and works brilliantly. So as much as an all year staple that it is, I tend to start using Moroccan Oil not just on wet hair but on the ends of dry hair to calm down humid frizziness in the heat- totally depends on your hair type but with mine being quite dry it works well. Maybe one to avoid or at least switch to Moroccan Oil Light if you've a greasier hair- either way the tiniest pump is all that's needed. Priced at €39.99 and available to purchase here

Clinique Sparkle Skin

Clinique Sparkle Skin:

An oldie but a goodie (mine has particularly vintage packaging- it lasts forever!) Clinique Sparkle Skin is one of the best body exfoliator I've come across and always go back to it. Great when teamed up with a pair of exfoliating mitts to buff away dead, dull skin leaving the gorgeous soft stuff ready for your shorty shorts. Especially great during the inevitable peeling phase following a week in the sun. Clinique Sparkle Skin is priced €22 and can be bought here

L'Occitane Lavender Relaxing Foot Cream

L'Occitane Lavender Relaxing Foot Cream:

So I run...a lot! And as fancy as my runners are it still takes its toll on my feet. I got L'Occitane Lavender relaxing foot cream as a gift and it's great stuff. The lavender base is a natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-depressant (happy feet!)  and shea butter gives it a lovely rich texture  and stimulation mint perfect for tired feet- packaging is a bit special too! Priced at around €17 is available to buy (when back in stock) here.

Tantastic Self-Tanning Liquid

Tantastic Self-Tanning Liquid:

Tantastic is my absolute flavour of the month! it has a very liquid, almost watery consistency that dries so quickly and with little if any nasty tan smell (although there is a good chance I'm now immune it, my poor boyfriend definitely isn't!) The colour develops into the closest thing I've found to my natural tan, on the rare occasion I should have one and is PH balanced for sensitive skin, alcohol and paraben free. Priced at £9.99 (around €11.50), Tantastic is available to buy here
